From family-friendly rides to adrenaline-pumping coasters, Canada’s Wonderland has plenty of attractions for all levels of adventure. Visitors of all ages and interests are treated to endless adventures filled with wonder and excitement. Would I visit again? Hmm maybe, only because I want to ride the slides I didn't yet. It’s always exciting to find out the new experiences Canada’s largest amusement park will unveil. Good place to sit and eat your meal when all spots are taken. No one seemed to be aware of this because the sign was barely noticeable. The area with the Coca Cola umbrellas (near to the icecream/arcade area) is accessible to season pass holders. There's only one water ride with a big slide drop. Don't have high expectations and you'll be okay. Don't bother with the ones right at the entrance. Tips: There are plenty of lockers towards the icecream area. Summary: go early, like aim to arrive by 10:30am especially if it's a sunny/hot day. In retrospect, I should've waited at the pizza cue because the pizzas looked pretty good. I had chili cheese fries and my husband had the chicken tenders. The food was what you'd expect at a waterpark (nothing special, typical American fast food). They should've put a sign right by the staircase to let people know that the slide was closed. The line was supposed to lead up to two slides (a yellow one and purple one) but when we got to the top the purple one was closed! It was a ridiculously long wait. We waited ANOTHER whole hour to get on one of the slides. They got signs everywhere saying they're looking to hire for ALL positions. Not so "wild" about that! Make sure to bring a hat. The wait in line to get our season pass access/bracelet was an hour. Its as shame what they are charging families and what you are actually getting. You already paid for parking and tickets. You often wont know till you arrive but by than too late. They lack greatly on keeping you updated on what rides are shut down. And during the fall it rains a lot and rides shut down and no refunds. During winter the rides often malfunction and dont work due to it being cold. And get this when it comes to individual tickets during falland winter they still charge full price evn though half the park is closed. Events for Halloween or winter your not allowed or able to use your friend tickets. One ticket for week day, one ticket for weekend and you can only use on specific days the park picks out. Which doesnt make it flexible for working famlies. What they dont explain is this is only used during summer and on specific days. When you get the season pass they will tell you that you get 3 free tickets for friends. You have mostly the water park in the summer. All summer long 70 to 80% of the rides were closed down. The season pass and indivdual tickets are way over priced for what you get. However, after a friend let us in on their season pass discount today, I saw it was so bad that I will never go here again, unless they completely improve it back to how it was 3 or 4 years ago! I had a season pass last year and was hoping it would be better this year. And the daily admission ticket has nearly doubled since last year, even though they aren’t operating 1/2 the rides. The only saving grace was the manager, who was extremely polite and helped to resolve the situation. It happened to 3 customers in a span of less than 5 minutes. I am shocked that they employ these completely rude, condescending kids! If I acted even 1/2 as bad as some of these teenagers when I was their age, working my job as a cashier in the food cafe at the local water park I worked for, I would have been fired immediately! Avoid the Carousel Cafe at all costs! They will mess your order up, and then blame you if you try to get it fixed. The customer service at the food areas has gotten so bad the last 2 summers. And that’s not counting the 3 or 4 rides they removed during 2020 and have never replaced. For the last 2 summers they have only been operating about half of their rides in the amusement park area. They need to have all of the rides operating.
